REQUIRED UNIFORM
Each NEW player is required to purchase the uniform package for their respective team. For 2025 will be running the same required uniform package across all teams. Returning players can buy individual items as necessary to complete the required package.​

Players need to purchase a matte black helmet similar to this helmet​ (organization supplies Sun Devil and number decals).

Sport-Tek V-Neck Raglan Wind Shirt (available from GoUSA). The GoUSA store is only open during certain windows of time during the year. Throughout the year our organization will put out several messages alerting you to impending openings and closing of the store. This store is separate from out gearUP/Nike uniform store.

Size Charts:
Nike Women’s Softball Pants: these run big! If your daughter wears a women’s XS, order a youth large pants.
Nike Adult Belt fits waist sizes 28”-43”

Extra large Boombah bat bag with the Sun Devil logo patch. This bag is recommended for our 14U and above levels. Bag quantities will be ordered in batches of ten.
SUN DEVIL BATTING GLOVES $35
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Custom Sun Devil gloves by 1Legion (third party supplier from Qunicy). The gloves come in three different colors with both Sun Devil logos and your player's number! See size chart for ordering. The order form will send your order to the supplier and they will contact you for payment and delivery options. If you want them to ship direct it is an additional $8 (otherwise delivered to your coach). Includes a a carrying bag for the gloves!
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT INFORMATION

Cleats & Batting Gloves: Please remember that 10U and 12U players cannot wear metal cleats. New 14U players will need to buy metal cleats. Batting gloves are optional for your child.

Pitchforks: Each player will be issued a pitchfork sticker for each year of service as a Sun Devil player. The stickers are to be placed on the right side of the helmet starting at the front of the cheek guard and moving backward.

Facemasks: The organization strongly recommends all players at the 10u and 12u levels wear a facemask on defense. For 14u players and above the organization strongly suggest a facemask when playing infield positions. Something similar to this one.
PLAYER NUMBER MANAGEMENT
It is important for everyone to understand that we cannot have two players on the same team take the field with identical numbers. Parents need to carefully consider their player's requested number. It is advisable that we space numbers out by two years so that it is highly unlikely that there will be a number conflict.

When there is a conflict with numbers, the player with seniority (number of years of service) gets to decide.
